Monica Williams

Monica has over 20 years of expertise and experience in Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, and Staffing roles. She has an excellent track record with effectively handling labor relations, assisting employees with counseling services, and improving the overall morale in the recruitment process.

Prior to working for Jetstream, Monica served as a Recruiting Specialist for US Airways in Crystal City, VA. Her unique ability to establish rapport with a variety of individuals and create an environment of trust and transparency has allowed Monica to continually find new ways to execute team collaboration and turn goals into action.

Monica holds a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Pfeiffer University.
