Mariela Feliciano

Mariela has worked for Jetstream for over 20 years, a journey that began with just a handful of employees. In the years since, Mariela catalyzed the team’s effectiveness while supporting the company’s mission. As Vice President of Human Resources, Mariela sets the standard for leadership in all aspects of HR, as well as establishing the direction for the full scope of human capital programs, policies, and support services. She holds the distinction of being the first female to serve as a Vice President of the company.

Mariela’s growth within Jetstream is thanks to her steadfast commitment, strategic vision, and hard work; attributes that define her. She played an integral role in the opening and business design of the company’s largest operating hub in Charlotte, NC, among many stations.

When Mariela is not working, she spends time boating and enjoying the beautiful scenery that North Carolina has to offer.
