Alfredo’s relevant work experience includes 24 years of Employment Relations in areas of US Transportation, Manufacturing, Maritime Logistics Operations and International Labor.
Prior to joining Jetstream, Alfredo held the position of International Human Resources Manager at Tropical Shipping USA, during which he excelled in both US and International employee relations. Alfredo also held similar HR Manager roles at Takata Seatbelts, and Vitromex USA, with both companies headquartered in Mexico. It was during this period that he began working outside of the USA at the manufacturing “maquiladora” plants. His work travels included the US, Mexico, Canada and the Caribbean.
Alfredo holds a Bachelor’s degree from Florida Atlantic University with a Senior Professional Certification in Human Resources (SPHR®) accredited by the HR Certification Institute.
