Leadership Team

Ryan Brenton
President & CEO
Ryan has held various leadership positions within the organization over the past ten years and is eager to position the company for future growth.
Previously he held the position of General Counsel before accepting his current position in November 2020.

Mariela Feliciano
VP of Human Resources
Mariela has worked for Jetstream for over 20 years, a journey that began with just a handful of employees. In the years since, Mariela catalyzed the team’s effectiveness while supporting the company’s mission.
She sets the standard for leadership in all aspects of HR, as well as establishing the direction for the full scope of human capital programs, policies, and support services. She holds the distinction of being the first female to serve as a Vice President.

Brett Langsdorf
VP of Airport Operations
Brett’s career spans from working for America West, US Airways, Virgin America, and Delta Airlines both in local and regional management positions.
Prior to Jetstream, Brett held multiple escalating leadership roles that spanned large airline operations with a specific focus of assuming leadership of at-risk locations or under-performing regions and teams. Brett supports all of Jetstream’s airport locations including our two large hub operations in Charlotte and Phoenix.

Michele Riley
Director of Finance
Michele came to Jetstream via Memphis, TN where she owned and managed her own businesses. Her experience in bookkeeping for those companies made her a great candidate to fill an empty Accounts Payable position and she quickly found her niche, and a new career, in Accounting.
Michele currently manages all aspects of budgeting, audits, financial reporting, the uniform & GSE programs, and organizes all of the company’s corporate events.

Kim Royal
Director of CLT Operations
Kim has worn quite a few hats throughout the past 25 years in the aviation industry.
Over the course of her career, she has worked for various domestic and international flagship airlines including, Alaska Airlines, Fiji Airways, Hallmark Aviation, LAWA, and Menzies Aviation. She previously served as General Manager in Los Angeles for Jetstream.

Tammy Harrington
Director of PHX Operations
Tammy is an experienced leader, operations executive, and master communicator. She takes pride in providing the best product possible while never losing focus on safety and client satisfaction.
Tammy proudly served in the military and has been recognized by United States Air Force during her 22 years of service for her extraordinary commitment to readiness.

Rebekah Moore
Regional Director of Operations
Rebekah has held various operational support roles throughout her career across several airports: CLT, IAD, MIA, RDU, and SFO.
From Reservations Agent to Ramp & Tower Management with American Airlines and more recently, oversight of Regional Operations with Avis/Budget. She is an experienced, results driven leader of people.

Mark McCullough
Regional Director of Operations
Mark began his airline career with US Airways in Pittsburgh – holding managerial roles in both Training and Ramp Operations.
Most recently Mark focused on creating and improving employee engagement initiatives during his tenure with Worldwide Flight Services (WFS) while also overseeing both above and below wing activities for a large host of airlines.

Alfredo Fernandez
Director of Human Resources
Alfredo’s work experience includes 24 years of Employment Relations in areas of US Transportation, Manufacturing, Maritime Logistics Operations and International Labor.
Prior to Jetstream, he was with Tropical Shipping USA, where he excelled in both US and International employee relations. Alfredo also held similar roles at Takata Seatbelts and Vitromex USA, with both companies headquartered in Mexico. His work travels included the US, Mexico, Canada and the Caribbean.

Monica Williams
Director of Recruitment
Monica has over 20 years of expertise in Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition, and Staffing. She has an excellent track record with effectively handling labor relations, assisting employees with counseling services, and improving the overall morale in the recruitment process.
Her ability to establish rapport with any individual and create an environment of trust and transparency has allowed Monica to continually find new ways to execute team collaboration and turn goals into action.

Jennifer Perricelli-Rice
Director of Training & Compliance
With two decades of industry experience, Jennifer has a robust background in Airport Operations from her time in Miami and Chicago in Customer Service and Ramp Operations, before becoming the GM for American Airlines at Kansas City.
She spearheaded American Airlines’ post-merger efforts to standardize its global aircraft appearance policies, procedures and programs, which led to the development of American’s Cabin Appearance Manual and the launch of American’s Cabin website.

Dave Friend
Director of Technology
Dave brings over 20 years of experience in the information technology field. He is a proven leader who has managed teams within diverse groups such as staff within a military setting, state corrections, and also the private sector.
He is also a veteran of the US Air Force, formerly serving as Supervisor for the Wright Patterson Air Force Base Security Police where he trained incoming Airmen on base policies and safety protocols.

Clark Willey
Director of Planning and Technology
Before joining Jetstream, Clark enjoyed a career on the carrier side of aviation. First as a project manager with US Airways, working on IT implementation projects to reduce lost time for the frontline workforce, and later as the Director of Cargo & Airport Automation with Spirit Airlines – responsible for the start-up of several large stations.
Since joining Jetstream he has focused on Automation & Technology, allowing real-time visualization and assignment of crews for optimal staffing.

Andrew Keelan
Director of Business Development
Andrew began his career in financial analysis and marketing with American Eagle Outfitters. He later joined the American Airlines’ Procurement team, focusing on Airport Services, and partnered with Jetstream at multiple locations. He held escalating roles of responsibility and leadership before leaving the company in 2020.
Prior to Jetstream, Andrew was a consultant at RevGen Partners, specializing in delivering technology projects to large clients, aimed at enhancing their Customer Experience.

Shannon Hardiman
Director of Business Analytics
Early in her career Shannon worked for Liberty Medical Supply, an industry-leading provider of durable medical equipment where she leveraged her understanding of business analytics.
She joined Jetstream in 2014 as an HR Generalist, but later moved through various roles in Operations Support, Business Intelligence, and Data Analysis. Her dedication and willingness to do what is needed when needed has resulted in being entrusted with business data processes and analysis as the Director of Business Analytics.

Jackson Carson
Creative Director
With over 30 years of experience, Jackson is the founder of POPflow Design and is a fractional Creative Director for Jetstream.
Jackson is a dynamic design leader, startup advisor, and devoted mentor. He employs design thinking principles, user research, and data insights to devise simple and innovative solutions to complex communication and interaction problems. Jackson’s approach is informed by user experience strategy and a passion for positively impacting the world through design.
