Ramp agents
Primary duties: Aircraft loading and off-loading of baggage , cargo and airmail., service aircraft water and lavatories, marshalling aircraft during arrival and departure.
Requirements: Excellent physical condition, ability to lift 70 lbs on a routine basis, ability to work efficiently and safely in confined spaces, outside and all types of weather conditions. |
Passenger Service Agents
Primary duties: Flight setup, passenger check-in and flight close-out. Makes public announcements and coordinates passenger aircraft boarding / deplaning in the gate area. Provides assistance for all customer inquiries.
Requirements: Excellent customer service and communication skills, knowledge of computer operations. Previous cash and credit card transaction experience a plus. |
Cargo Agents
Primary duties: Process airway bills, provide cargo rates and tracking information to customers, in person and on the telephone.
Requirements: Excellent customer service and communications skills. Ability to safely operate various pieces of equipment in a warehouse and ramp environment. |
Aircraft Cleaners
Primary duties: Cleans the inside of the aircraft: includes sweeping, vacuuming, picking up of trash from the floor, seats and seatback pockets, wiping down surfaces and cleaning the aircraft galleys and lavatories.
Requirements: Able to be safely exposed to various cleaning agents while handling according to federal, state, and local standards |
